Creamy Vegetable Pasta... Slurrp! Slurrp!



Remember I already told you guys that I have this undying love for Pizzas and Pastas? Oh, how yum they taste! Especially, the creamy white sauce pasta with all your favourite veggies. My mouth is watering even while I'm writing this.

So as always I was craving for that creamy, extra sauce veggie pasta a couple of days back and I raided the nearby supermarket to buy all the ingredients. Initially I had decided to make it simple with no many vegetables except corn and green capsicum. But I got derailed eventually. I bought some of my favourites and some my hubby's. Check out the final recipe that I tried:

Ingredients:

Boiled Penne
Milk
All purpose flour (Maida)
Olive Oil
Butter
Cream (Optional)
Oregano
Pepper Powder
Salt
Your favourite vegetables (I used corn, green peas, carrot, yellow and red capsicum)

Method:

1. In a pan heat butter and fry all your veggies till they are soft
2. Add salt and pepper powder and mix well. Keep aside
3. In another pan pour olive oil and add little all purpose flour and mix
4. Add milk and see to it that no lumps are formed
5. When milk starts boiling add cream, oregano (You can add other herbs as well) and the veggies
. Mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add water
6. Add boiled penne and mix
7. Serve hot
